3 Arena Central, Birmingham Progress

Cladding installation is nearing completion on the 3 Arena Central, Project Apple scheme for HMRC in Birmingham. Over 240,000 sq ft of commercial space over 14 floors.

Cladding design & scheduling provided by Design Concepts for the complete project envelope including:

10,000m2 of Schuco Curtain Walling with Guardian ClimaGuard A 1.0 Glazing,

5,000m2 of Spandrel Panels

9,000m2 of bespoke Rainscreen Cladding,

Hexagonal Soffits, Feature Eyebrow Brise Soleil & Column Casings.
