Design Concepts are a company of Facade Designers based from our UK offices in Tyne and Wear & Berkshire.

 

Trading for over twenty years we provide a comprehensive and cost-effective contract design and calculation service to the curtain walling and cladding industry.

Design Concepts are able to provide a team of design engineers who can work from our own dedicated offices to undertake all aspects of the design and development process from concept design through detailed design and manufacture drawings.

​

We can act as a natural extension to a company drawing office, all design and drawings done using AutoCAD for 2D work and Inventor for 3D modelling and visualisations, along with an assortment of other tools to deliver a complete, thorough product to our clients, with all our works covered by our PI insurance. The company can also undertake, if required, all correspondence on behalf of yourselves between Main Contractors, Architects, and other relevant trades, including representation at site meetings.

We have worked over the years on a variety of project of differing size with contract values ranging from £5k to £15million.

Our team is formed from highly skilled and experienced individual from the Facade industry and we believe we are the perfect drawing office extension for our facade and construction clients.

Our fees are generally priced on a lump sum fixed price basis or at a reasonable hourly rate, dependent on your requirements.
